    While neither man is innocent.

    Yup...sounds logical to me.

Man B was a good safe driver. And the person he killed, a victim of unfortunate circumstances.

BY LAW, I can beat my wife with a stick in TN. Provided it is no larger than my thumb. This law has never been retracted.

Since the paper work is correct....does it make it okay ?

Why just the size of a thumb? That's not fair.

So playing games in the 10 sleeper is not allowed? - are you telling me that one has to sleep for 10 hrs? I don't think so, but I am new so could be wrong!

It doesn't monkey boy, this is an assumption. And it also doesn't say you have to remain in the sleeper for an entire 10 hours. The law only requires 8 hours uninterrupted in the sleeper. So you can take an 8 hour nap, and your other 2 hours go in the T.S eat, take care of HYGIENE, and play around if you got the money.

Or give him a headache, in which case he will wonder if he is permitted a cold beer to help alleviate the pain. Following this he will give up on understanding the rules in regards to the sleeper and try to figure out where company policy and the FMSCA handbook disagree and what the consequences are of going for that cold beer on his 10 (or more) break.
