I'm trying to get back to driving. I had a DUI in April of 2006. I know that many companies require 5 years following a DUI but I'm sure there are many who will hire sooner. Does anyone know of any?

you can have that expunged off your driving record and criminal record . for your driving rec just go to your mva and fill a paper out and it will be reviewed and most likely expunged as long you have had any more tickets in the past 3 yrs. for your criminal if any it cost 30 bucks per charge same length of time 3 yrs.

I may be wrong about this, but I think it may also depend on how you plead in the case and what they gave you... For instance, if you plead No Contest and were Deferred, you may be able to have it Expunged if you have kept clean like Bigron stated... On the other hand, if you plead Guilty, and did not get Deferred Adjudication it may not be so easy, or even impossible to remove this mark. This may also depend on the case at hand and the judge that handed the verdict down. I'm not 100% on this.

I had a friend who plead guilty, he did not get deferred and could not get it removed. This also may vary from state to state... Just Saying.

Roughhouse you may be right it may depend on the state your in. The best way is to contact your district court and just ask. I also had a friend who plead guilty on a serious charge and could have got five years for his trouble but after three years he got his record expunged, But that's in MD
