If you get hired on to a company, you won't have much say as to what you're on till you get some seniority.

I am an Entertainment Attorney in NYC but started out driving for country band Alabama in early 1980's and I work with a lot of country bands now. It is a good job but you will have no home life and work real strange hours. Worst thing is that you are supposed to be sleeping during the concert but the idea that you will pass up standing backstage at Madison Square Garden watching Rascal Flatts with the opportunity to bring a date is hard to sleep through. I would check with Upstaging, Rockit Cargo and some of the other big names. I think the buses are Hemphill Brothers in Nashville but maybe they just make them. I had fun driving but glad the party ended after a couple of years. Good luck.

Unless you have bus experience, bus companies will shred you application before you get out the door, no one will turn someone with no bus experience loose with a $500,000+ bus.

There is no way around it, they haul high $$$$ loads, and need EXPERIENCED drivers, if you want to get around insurance requirements, go haul containers.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but that's how it is.
