Does anybody know of any flatbed companies that hire recent graduates out of Texas. I'm basically live in the dead center of the state. Anybody got any ideas..... other than Swift?

    thanks

I should add that I'm not interested in Maverick either. I prefer to avoid driving automatics as much as possible.

An excellent decsion. Auto-shifts are another part of the "dumbing down" process of the industry. EVERY new driver needs to know hot to and be proficient in working a manual transmission.

Seems that if you are paying attention to what you are doing you would know that you weren't in gear when you started pressing the gas pedal.... Coming from Melton, I thought they ran standards?
