hey wiseguy kinda weird my birthday is 3-31-1953. anyway check out mct they might be what your looking for. ntb in grand rapids takes newbies too. there is a sorta truckstop in traverse maybe they have free truckers books there,that might help

Try Equity in Walker.
They hired me in 1992 after passing a road test. I hadn't driven a big truck since 1981 at that point.

i was looking at the ntb website and they only hire if you live within an hour of there terminals. and your no where near that. but it would be a shot. sorry

My son in law has a place in Grand Rapids. I might us that as my home time. Its a shot.
