Can I get a job with my felony set aside?

Just wondering how the industries employers look at a case that has been set aside. Is there anyone out there that has gotten a job with a set aside felony? Thanks! I also have an associates degree since and 5 years clean and sober and am due to graduate cdl school by the end of December! I have changed my life and paid for my bad mistakes and just want to move forward. Trucking runs in my family for generations and I know my way around a truck!
