do the company's teach you?

I believe I read somewhere ATS requires at least 5yrs OTR before they even hire ya. Then you work your way up to the big loads.

I've hauled a lot of blades, though I do not currently, nor have I ever driven for ATS. I am considering going to them however.

ATS is the largest company that hauls wind tower components.

They get bigger than that. The ones I hauled last year were 157' long, and there is talk of longer ones yet! I know in Denmark, they are using ones offshore that are a hair over 200' long.

They require one year. Then you work your way up to the big loads. Depending on available freight, this could be fast as in a year or much longer.
