My experience with G-Style.....or E-Style.....or whatever they are calling themselves now. I first started working for them in North Dakota pulling a side dump. I went home for a few days and just before I headed back, Troy Girolomos (owner) asked me to go to Oklahoma where they were expanding. I had already asked about the oil hauling there since it was a lot closer to home. I was supposed to be able to start hauling crude there in a few days with nearly the same pay or better than the side dump. What happened was that I got stuck running an end dump and a vacc trailer cleaning out cutting pits. No place to live, no place to shower at the end of the day of nasty work.....it was not what I was supposed to be doing. I even spent two days inside a tanker hammering out 14 inches of frac sand that had been allowed to set up like concrete. It had to be done and no one else was around to do it. I am 47 years old and not in the greatest shape, so that job SUCKED. I was promised $25 per hour to do it which I never got paid either. After that, I told them that I was in a crude truck by the end of the week like I was supposed to be or I was on my way back to North Dakota. They claimed they were having trouble getting me approved to haul crude. I contacted a small company in ND that I had been talking to already, sent them my preliminary info and they had me approved THE NEXT DAY. Friday morning rolled around and I was sent a dispatch to go suck out another cutting pit with the vacc trailer. I let them know that I was done in OK and heading back to ND then. Within the hour they sent me a message that I was approved to haul crude now. Funny how that timing went. I came back to ND anyway as I was done being screwed around. They cheated me out of at least half of my last pay period as well just as they did another driver I have kept in contact with since he left. So there is "G-Style" for you. They have nothing to do with "Style".
Yes, Troy, I am sure you know who this is and I will keep telling people about you until you pay me what you owe me. Crook.

Yeah, something is super fishy with this company according to safer website............
-
what is the MC# of this supposed company, original poster?

this company puts its employees at risk and will not pay them if they quit. i was told they had a mobile home set up so i would have my own room. i had to sleep on a mattress in the kitchen. it was going to cost me $15 a day to stay there. there was only 1 working restroom, no fridge and smelled like roach spray. i only stayed 3 days but i worked my ### off and never received a paycheck. john leach told my wife he sent the paperwork to us but he was waiting got us to send it back. we NEVER received anything from him. she asked him to resend it and of course we never heard back. my wife is a mean woman when it comes to her money. she has started doing research and is reporting them

Do you have any openings for owner operator. I have my own equipment. Currently hauling cryogenics. Need a more stable schedule to help with homelife.

My experience with Leach and Troy have been nothing but good. The OKC site is currently shut down because of the slump in the oil fields and most of the companies in OKC have temporarily shut down.Willistons running lean until things open up again but I've never had a problem getting paid cos I domy job and don't drink or do drugs. If smakman and tlott are the guys I think they are then theres reasons they wasn't paid. When you blow hot on your drug tests, strip out transmissions on rigs and turn your rig over ON the well then you owe the company money for your mistakes but I'm not saying thats what happened here cos I dont no for sure that crackman and twat are the same 2 idiots I worked with. and when you sign on to work there you do your drug tests then you sign a piece of paper that if you quit before I thiknk 30 days then you have to pay for your own drug tests even if you passed. If you fail your drug tests then you have to pay for them andif you don't they take it out of your last check. If your actually owed money then OKC unemployment office would have stepped in and made sure they paid you so you weren't owed anything. And if you don't turn in your load sheets and triptickets then you don't get paid, tlott! The company don't get paid when you don't have the sheets to bill the loads so you don't get paid. That's just commonsense. The rental wasn't new like the ones we had in Williston but thats how it is in Chick. There's not many rent places there so you take whatevers open. It was rented before anyone got there so it's BS about not having showers and places to sleep. I was one of the first ones down from Williston and I had a place to stay even tho I came in early. You can't rent a hotel room for $15 a day so don't no why you complaining. and theres a fridge cos I kept my food in it! Leach is straight up. and never asked us to do somthing he wouldn't do himself.
Oh and the lady that started the thread didn't answer cos she found out she had a brain tumer. She had surgery and was sick for awhile. You can't blame her for that. I'm still working for Leach and Troy and will keep on cos I never had no problems. If you do your work and don't act stupid and come in high then you don't have problems.Last edited: May 26, 2015
