Custom Diesel Express Hiring Flatbed Drivers!

Custom Diesel Express, Inc. (CDX) is a growing flatbed company located in Morristown, TN. We are working to expand our fleet of drivers and trucks with qualified, experienced over-the-road flatbed drivers. Our drivers should have a good customer service attitude, a class A license, a clean MVR, a minimum of 2 years verifiable OTR experience and be willing to be away from home occasionally on weekends.

At CDX we have consistent freight, tarp pay, extra stop pay, and lay-over pay. Starting drivers can earn between .35 cents per mile and .46 cents per mile. We also have just created a percentage pay plan which starts at 24% to 26%. Drivers have the ability to increase through performance based factors. Those factors cover On Time Delivery, No Accidents, Clean Safety Inspections and Record, Fuel Efficiency and more.

We know how stressful an OTR driving job can be and that is why at CDX your driver manager will check in with you twice a day while you are on the road. CDX is a family owned and operated company. Requirements:
