Looking for 2 OTR Heavy Haul Drivers West, TN and Surrounding Area

Been in business since Nov. 2009, small company running 5 trucks. Our pay is percentage after fuel surcharge and permits. Drivers can average north of .56 cpm starting out pretty easy. We go out 2-3 weeks at a time. Haul machinery / industrial equipment ranging from legal loads to 12+ ft wide. Located in Jackson, TN 1 mile off I40. Looking for drivers who can leave the truck at our shop during off time so that we can maintain them in our company shop. Also must have experience in heavy haul or steps with ramps etc.. Running equipment to load your self is common and I will not hire a steering wheel holder. If you do not have basic mechanical abilities and are not willing to look after my truck like it is your own please do not apply, you will not last long in this industry.

Trucks are 2006 379's and 2007 W9's. 500+ cats set up as a 6 axle configuration and governed at 72 MPH.
