company choices

Hi, I am going to be starting trucking soon and I have narrowed my choices down to 2, Swift and Schneider. Schneider mostly because of the good things I have heard about it on other sites. I am also considering swift because I talked to a couple drivers that drive for them (one still does the other quit because of family issues he didn't say exactly what) and they liked it. Also Swift has an office near me in Phoenix. I know what you guys think of Swift, but is it really that bad? I haven't heard much about Schneider on this site, so is it good bad etc? Anyway anything you guys can tell me will be appreciated.

I would go with Schneider over Swift. I have no dealings personally with either company except contact with their drivers. Seems the Schneider guys were happier.

Catprint Red where there's smoke there's fire

Hey...congrats on narrowing it down to two companies, I don't have any experience with either company but from what I've read on here I would stay away from swift..You know the old saying where there's smoke there fire, Well if Swift was a building it would fully inflamed.

Good Luck
Brad

You would have to call Maverick and ask or ask in the Maverick forum, from what I here drivers say they seem to be a good company to go with.
