Its been a long time since I've been on here but I forgot that guys name because he was such a JERK. My b/f's trainer was awesome though. His miles where like 2100 to 3000 a week for the 1st couple months then it was HELL trying to get a load. Their equipment was decent, once when somehting broke he got the OK to get it fixed then after the truck stop fixed it BTC said they didnt give him the auth. to do it and it took like 1.5 hrs to get the Auth.! It was rediculas! But from whwat i understand from my b/f's sister, who drives over the road, she said it starting to get hard to find loads......I sure Hope NOT!!!!!
Anyhow, Good luck to all of you!! :biggrin_255:

I currently work for BTC, and I can tell, you honestly that SAFETY is terrible and will mess your DAC up, will attempt to put you on edge and make it so you cannot move companies.

Theirtrucks break down A LOT and you are just the driver, you are stupid, and you don't know anything. Of course it is all wonderful for a bit, then they turn around and you don't get home time that often -- I was out 2 months because they would give me 6 hours to make a 600 mile run. They also will use mapquest and tell you that you've got 1000 miles to travel and when you atlas or truck GPS, you must drive 1200 miles and if you don't make it on time they start giving you bad loads.

There is favoritism for sure, and they don't treat military too well. They tell people that if you have an issue, you are military personnel so you should shut up and act like you are a professional.

The company is also charging people if the old equipment they give you breaks; you will have to buy a 250 dollar tarp if it gets ripped or torn. The company is also suffering from maintenance issues - took over 4 months to rebuild the engine, fix clutch linkage, handbrake, clutch, air gov, air comp, air dryer, alignment -- trailers are in bad shape and are at least 6 years old plus and you almost always have to call the repair shop to get something fixed.

I'd advise you all to stay away, but that's my opinion.
