Dumptruck Looking for good OTR job in Oregon

Its been 4yrs since i have been OTR, but i have been finding myself wanting to get back out on the big road more and more lately. I have
been hauling fuel locally and i would like a change. Getting started
calling recruiters is always frustrating. I am looking for a good OTR
company that has alot of freight up here in the NW. I worked for
Knight transportation for 3yrs and found them to be a good company
as far as keeping you rollin but there pay and there truck speed both
were laggin. Bottom line: Slow truck and low pay= no success. I feel
with the new hours of service regulations and idling laws it is important
to now have an APU for driver comfort and be paid detention time. Does
anybody have any opinion on strong carriers up here in the NW?
    thanks Tanker
