Starting with CRST

I am looking at starting with CRST. I have read that it would be good to find a co-driver ahead of time. I live in western central Indiana. Are there any co-drivers out there in my area?

CRST would not be a good choice to go with considering all the bad rep they have with drivers....but each to his/her own....by co-drivers are u looking to team with someone?
