Need a Driving job! HELP!

I live in Texas and only have 7 months local experience and looking to drive and just looking for some advice on finding a company that I can still make good money, I might have this chance with this Fed Ex contractor but its 1099 and I dont care for that to much and it is also team driving any ideas on companys?

Hey I understand not wanting to go the 10-99 route, however it may be a good way to get some very good experience. It could help you on down the road!
