Citrus Haulers?

I have been looking through classifieds trying to find a job hauling citrus in Florida, but no luck? Anybody know how to go about finding these companies?

I was hoping to find a company than ran other loads during the off seasons. I think Indian River Transport does. Maybe companies that specialize in other agriculture hauling too. Anything from livestock to produce.

Evo, thats the company I was thinking of. Indian River transport does haul all over and since they have terminals here in FL and CA, the seasons last all year.

Citrus Hauling

Evo, I hauled citrus alot and can give you some info. One thing to remember is that the crop is alot smaller than it was in the 2003-2004 season due to the citrus canker that was spread throughout the citrus belt by the storms of 2004 and 2005. The program dictated all trees within in 1500' of an infected tree had to be pulled and burned and after the 'ho named wilma in Nov. 2005 was stopped due to canker being spread so much 23% of existing trees would have to be burned. Please send me a private e-mail and I'll explain more. I loved doing it, made decent money, and saw lots of neat stuff.
