Try looking at small companies and fleets. They tend to be more willing to hear your side of the story than larger carriers, plus many don't even use DAC. Just be honest from the beginning.

Not being hard here but the jack knife will hurt ya.. 99.9999% preventable (unless there is an equipment failure).. Ive had a hell of a time myself.. burned through 5 companies in the last year Ive been back in.. wrong choice of companies and I dont stay where there is no $$.. also had a minor backing accident (1st ever on DAC) and was clipped by a snow plow in Jan.. company thankfully did not specify preventable or non.. I was ticketed but ticket was reduced.. state vehicles have eminent right of way.. could have been a bad one but turned out less than 1k in damage and non DOT reportable.. GLTY.. Im hoping to buy my own truck.. some good eals out there right now and its the only way Ill be happy.. these companies have all gotten so chickenshit.. industry as a whole is in dire straits..
