I was seriously looking into becoming a hot-shotter with my own authority back in '06. I came to the conclusion that I couldn't do any better doing that than I could as a company driver in a big truck.
I'm sure (just like in the big truck world) there are some instances involving being in the right place at the right time that will pay off huge dividends in the long run. I just don't seem to have that kind of luck.

LB nailed it.
I might have been the one to ban him, I don't remember. One thing to keep in mind for some of the moderation on the forum.......... we have kids that come thru and some are even members. We try to keep things to where if their parents walk in on them they don't have to be ashamed of whats on the screen.
Some days it is really tough to be a mod. Folks will always hate the staff no matter what they do in terms of moderation.

crow I have a buddy running hotshot in oilfields out of colorado and he makes real good money. problem is you take a $50k dually and you can literally watch it wear out in front of your eyes. so in two years it's worth nothing
