    You can move on find a new company explain why it didnt work out. At lest you put this on the more poeple read about there worngs the more companies will changes these dumb rules they have applied to drivers. BIG FIST THE MOVIE

    Yes I agree that no matter what happened. You need to be honest about the situation and be upfront with any potential employers when they ask you about anything they wanna know when it comes down to your previous employers. If you choose to lie and they find out they will definitely forget about you or any possibilities of hiring you. Another thing not to do is to bad mouth your past employers no matter what they may have done. Just be truthful but polite and explain your side of it. You will find that they will be more forgiving than you might imagine when you just come out with the truth. One thing I learned also is that there is a difference between offering an excuse and explaining a reason for something being what it is. Keep a cool head, have a good attitude, and good luck on your next job.
