I would take a ride up to the nearest used truck dealership and ask them if you could borrow a truck for the test. Offer them a few bucks for the time you need it. You never know???

You may want to call one of the CDL schools nearest to you and ask to borrow their tractor and trailer and offer money as stated above.

In Ca. when I was an instructor, there was a guy who was at the DMV daily with a day cab/28' flatbed that he rented out just for that purpose. I think he charged $100 for 2 hours. You may want to check with the DMV before you show up for your test. A dealer isn't going to rent you a truck/trailer, you would have to drive it to the DMV without a licensed driver with you.
