Non-training companies

I'm in SATX. I start CDL training on Monday morning with RoadMaster TDS. What non-training companies would you EXPERIENCED drivers suggest I research? I have class B experience on motorcoaches (250,000 mi, 8 yrs), but the pay is not increasing with the years. There hasn't been a pay increase at this company in over TEN years! Last year I made just over $32,000, and that was because of the hurricanes. This year I'm looking at $28,000. I'm not trying to be picky with who I work for, mostly because nearly anything will be better, much better.
