Shipper looking for owner operator with pneumatic trailer in Texas

I am a plastic resin distributor and I need to find owner operators with pneumatic trailers to haul resin from Mexico border towns (Laredo, Brownsville) into Mexico. The quotes I've been getting from trucking companies have been cost prohibitive. I usually ship 3-4 railcars into Mexico per month.

What are you willing to pay????
Do you have a list of cost's as far as tolls, fee's related to boarder crossings?
How many loads per week?
How many miles
Average weight
Do have the ability to supply back hauls, or does the original load pay enough to cover the trip back
Is this long term?
What is the turn around for pay, upfront deposit??

I'm willing to pay 1000 dollars per load. The distance is 384 miles and there are 4 loads per railcar and I have about 3-4 coming in each month. This is ongoing business. Payment is COD.

You need to find Mexican carriers/O/O's since American O/O's won't go into Mexico. Any U.S. carrier that sends freight/trailers into Mexico switches out at the border and lets Mexican drivers haul the trailer into Mexico. Not sure posting here will reach the correct people for your needs.
