Stay away from the trucking industry to start.
Paddington Thanks this. -
Be more specific, what to look for in a truck school or the industry in general. If a truck school, take a tour of the facilities, how long in business, how they hire their instructors, what their pass rate is etc.

stay away from anyone who sends students to go work for CRST. More importantly, stay away from Suburban Truck Driver Training in Romulus. Ripoff. Look for a lot of trucks. They'll be old and rough, but you do not want to go to a school thats going to put 5 to 6 people in a truck on the road or 12+ on a truck in the yard. That's what Suburban does that made me hate them so much, you get about an hour behind the wheel in a day at the most. That aint right.
