I started Dmacc Transportation Institute Monday September 12.
Today was my second day. In the morning we had U A. For lunch Crete came and provided pizza. Kevin had a nice presentation and offered lots of information. He was also good answering questions. He was not a pushy salesman like the Werner rep was. Th After lunch we studied air brakes. After class we went to the DOT and tested for the instruction permit and air brakes.

So Roehl doesn't allow inverters and doesn't have APUs? No good.

roehl recruiter claimed apu too expensive to maintain, and too many fires or meltdowns with inverters

it was a good day -
I would suggest choosing your future employer on more than APUs and inverters. Many people on this site obsess over these items. If you choose an employer that gets you home weekly and keeps you moving these items are not nearly as important. Wouldn't you rather be too tired to type at the end of the day, than busy typing and making the most of that inverter. If you live in the DM area, I would suggest TMC. There are lots of opportunities for advancement and you will easily be able to get hired at another company if you don't like them.
