I'm thinking about getting my CDL and starting with Roehl (Here in Marshfield Wisconsin). Does anyone have any information about the Roehl CDL classes? Looking at their site and I like what they have to offer, but it doesn't say anything about when they offer it, as in the next starting date or times of day, it just has a link to enroll.

I went through there school. Awesome school top notch. My experience so far has not been good. been through three trucks in 3 months two were sold and the one im in now is a nightmare. Two turbos within 2 months qualcomm issues just a long list and i got the truck this way and nothing has been fixed. I have racked up 69 hours of breakdown pay and have been fighting for two weeks to get it. Im currently on home-time debating if ill stay. New fleet manager is saying ive had a lousy manager.

I went to their school and thought it was like boot camp. Hard core and preparing me for what was to come. Even if I never drove a big truck after leaving, the school made me a better and safer driver. I have been out on my own working for roehl since dec. of last year. there has been some ups and some downs. but all in all it has been good. I myself would prefer to have a 9-5 job here at home but them days are long gone. Trucking was the only work I could find after losing my job in jan. 09. As with all my employment I do my very best at this. I am a flat bedder, and love what I do. Most of the shippers and cons are warm, kind, and friendly. I would say a full 90% are a pleasure to do business with. The first month was scary, second was better and now 9 full months into it I dont mind it at all. Working for roehl can be a piece of cake. All you have to do is do what is expected of you. As with any job you get out of it what you put in to it. oops! sorry for running on.... yes there school is good. call them
