This sounds way too good to be true. I shall wait in the shadows for the outcome.

 

I have yet to see the outcome of CRE driver's experiences . They remain unsolved mysteries when the driver just vanishes .

 

Once you have your CDL, you have your license.
If CRE or any other company screws you over in the training phase, you just up and leave and go elsewhere.
I think one of the ties these companies have on newbies is they tell them they can't go elsewhere unless they finish their training.
Just pick up and go to Swift, Werner, Schneider or where ever.
But 995 for a CDL?

I was at CRST and got my cdl there. Wile I was there A guy came in on A bus and said CRE dumped him off in Chicago leaving him stuck for two days. They tried to force the lease on him but he just wanted to learn the ropes for a year before he made the lease move. They told him to sign the papers or leave without a ride home. I tried the cre thing but did not like it at all. I took off after I got my cdl at crst but may go back. Crst is way better and wont force you on a lease. Just do the 8 months and jet.

You realy only here the bad but CR England has just way to many people saying don't do it. I've seen it and did not like it.

 

CRE BAD nuff said 6 months working there cost me 23,000 and I had a yr and my CDL when I went there.

Could you tell me what kind of a drug screen they administer ? And also if they discriminate a prescription drug ?

They use standard drug screen check for All Illegal drugs. If you are refering to Medical Mariuana NO COMPANY accepts that! Just Because CA say it ok. Remember. DOT is under Federal jurisdiction so the Fly High CA. deal will not work.

 

My cousin started with CRE in September. Got his CDL, left in November mad as hell because of the low miles, low pay and extreme pressure to Lease a Truck. He said they are Nazi's and will almost fire you for not Leasing. Said that if ya don't lease, you don't get miles.

 

If you do lease you get enough to pay them only trainers get miles. thier pecking order.
