I'm off this weekend, the people who will be testing with the BMV are at the range today testing out. I'm gonna spend the weekend studying the pre-trip in hopes of testing out of it on monday. My range instructor wanted me to test out on the range yesterday but I didn't feel ready. If I had tested and lucked up and passed I wouldn't get much more range time after that. I want to make sure I have learned the maneuvers so I think I need another day or so on that and a few more days on the road. We don't get a lot of road time yet, but when these other guys that are testing out on Monday are gone that will give us more time. I think that I am progressing very well.

Its good to hear someone that cares about wanting more seat to make sure they comfortable, and not just testing out just to get cdl. I love the personal responsibilty, rather see you on the road instead of somebody who rushed through it just to get cdl. I wish you the best truckette, man do i wish i was there right now, even tho my room was nasty lol

Im looking at this coming week to take my test for my permit, and physical. In Michigan the test consist of 70 general knowledge/com veh, combined and 25 air brake test.

truckette, just got back from taking the test for my cdl permit, i did not take haz mat, but tanker,double/triple, general knowledge,combo aced them all !!!!!!!! Hope everything going good for you.

Thats good! I got my cdl at crst and burnt them, now i'm paying the $2000 back. As soon as I got back i got offered a job delivering beds in an 18 weeler threw a friend but I turned him down because I have no backing skills yet lol. Thanks crst!

What they say is practice, practice, practice lol alley docking to me makes me nervous but hope i get taught well, good luck to you Demolition.

The heck with not knowing how to back,that comes with pratice.Now no more turning down jobs,lol.
