driving truck home for hometime ??
i will be in the ocala fl. terminal, i live in sebring fl. wich is about 137 miles away.(3 hrs.).does anyone know if i will be allowed to take the truck home ,or should my dm find a last stop near my home town?.and how does this all work out when my home time is up ?..

it is going to depend on the company some will let you take it home some won't just ask

thank u for the info..goin to swift in tenn june 18th for 2 wks,then mentor in ocala terminal..drove in 98 just need recent exp..

good luck to you i started with swift, and i lived just over 100 miles from the terminal and i got to take my truck home, when i was company so you will probably be good

Doesn't swift have a terminal in Lakeland? Lakeland is a lot closer then Ocala.

Swift makes you empty your truck if you are taking more than a few days off.

Must be Werner that has a a terminal in Lakeland then. And yes, personal stuff. More then a couple days off, you get a different truck when you come back.
