Thumbs up Roehl Driver training center

After wwek one at rdtc in marshfield wisconsin i'm tired but very impressed with the program. My class has a small class size very nice well maintained equipment and knowledgeable instructors. Its a fast paced program in the truck driving by early day two. Driving through city and doing backs by thursday and friday. I said i was impressed with the program and for good reason from day one they differ from other programs in a good way. Many schools and company training programs have students sharing rooms. Rdtc you have your own room in a nice hotel close to everything you need. The recruiter was very helpful not rushing me or pressuring me just giving facts and help. The program instructors are straight forward and very knowledgable not just teaching you what you HAVE to know but the little tricks of the industry that will make your driving and life easier on the road. I will update this as the weeks go by but i dont anticipate anything but a quaity program and training from the rdtc and the people at roehl.

Good luck to you. It is a different world once you begin driving and delivering on your own, but with time you will learn the system and just how to make it work for you. Stay safe and have a good time with your OTR trainer.

Are you attending a training course? Or is this after you've been hired and are doing orientation?

This is my training program i'm now on week three passed my cdl test and received my license Friday one more week and i'm home for a bit then out with a trainer. The program has been great i have learned a lot and was well prepared for my driving test and almost received a perfect score i lost one point. I feel ready and very confident about having my truck and being on the road. Once again the program at Roehl has exceeded my expectations without a doubt i would recommend this program to anyone looking to obtain a CDL and do otr trucking. So far my experience with Roehl has been filled with help and professionalism and good guidance.

Roehl is the same as CRST, and all the rest wait until you get out in the real world.

Yes, The Real World Is The Real World....Roehl is a great company....Just read the threads....Notice which companies actually have people defending them on this site and other sites....You are your own judge....You have this power...Good Luck..

I will be there on the 17th also. Looking forward to it and forming my own opinion of the company. Reading others opinions is good but nothing beats first hand experience. I just hope the good reviews are right and the bad ones are just from people that only want to blame anything or anyone else but themselves for thier experiences.

Hi. This is my first post and havent introduced myself yet, but I wanted to mention that I have been invited to attend their training program. I just got my Class A Cdl permit from Michigan.
Im so glad to see positive comments from students, it brings my apprehension down to almost nothing.

I havent been assigned a starting date yet, but my recruiter ( Jake) mentioned that Sept is all booked up, so probably in October.

My experience so far with them has also been very positive, so that's a plus ,also.

I look forward to reading these posts and meeting fellow students.

    DD
