| Hotel They just switched the hotel to the Ramada after something bad happened last week there that caused them to close the school for several days. |
| |||
| students per truck They have many trucks ... though I havent counted yet, seemed to be 2-3 per truck though classes were combined this week due to a closure last week. |
| |||
| oops okay well I had 30 students in my class and some hold overs from the previous class as the school was closed a few weeks ago and they doubled the class size, It turned out that we had more or less 4-5 per truck, as part of the class was still working on pre-trips, kept us from being too congested on the yard skills. | Just got out of there on Friday yeah the Eco Inn was a S**t hole but the Ramada was nice! The trainers are fun to work with and give you alot of help where needed. |
| |||
| I go to state this Wed, Thur or Fri and right now I am having a hell of a time upshifting. Today was also a communication nightmare with trainer for 1st day on the road ... I really needed to smoke and I dont smoke. |

| Remember just watch your RPMs going from 6-7th or anything hit 1500 then shift it will slid right in at 1000 rpms that 500 rule for shifting is key for learning to do it. For double clutching just tap it in neutral you dont want to hammer it to the floor to apply the clutch brake, remember 2 inches of play and about 2 inches for your rumble point = 4 inches or travel thats all you need to hit. and they will slide in like a hot knife through butter. For downshifting and coming into turns match your speed and your rpms and you will get it no problem. |

| Also who was your trainer, If it were Wally or Marlon there real good one of my best there. Dont know if you remember me but yeah i was the guy they couldn't find a carrier for and i had to sit in the in school and do nothing for 3 days b4 going to state.... |
