Any of the community college programs. I went to Davidson but Johnston and Caldwell are another 2. Outstanding program, instructors, level of instruction, industry contacts and company affiliations. 1/3 the cost or less of stand alone CDL mills. Only downside is it's out of pocket but way beyond worth it if you can do the cost up front. Outstanding value for the cost.

i paid $854 in mid 2011 all in except books that was an additional 55. Just talked to a current student in class now it's around 1200. Still outstanding value for what you get for your money, both in class and in hiring options afterward.

Cross Country in Thomasville. They do have a on site bunk house. I went in 2005 and they were pretty good. If veteran, they give discount. I do converse with them every 2-3 months as I pop in to teach a GPS class.

I'm enrolled at the NC Truck Driver Training School in Johnston CC right now. Great program. Sampson County has as program modeled after Johnston County...and it's less than $500.
