There were some really terrible things that happened at C1, thier hotel has bed bugs, their driving instructor got angry with me for putting my seat closer and told me not to but I couldn't reach the clutch, he got mad and said that I failed to follow his instruction so he spitefully sat back and wouldn't instruct me how to drive, it was only my second time. I don't know how I did it but I did, I think it even surprised him. All he would say was, "why are you doing that!" It was crazy and the director totally stuck up for the instructor and wouldn't give me another one. I'm finding another school, I won't drive with that guy ever again!

It doesn't sound like that he wants to drive with you either, That is not right, why was he mad that you moved the seat? Because it wouldn't move back or there was something wrong with it? That is not right, I hope the next school you find will be a school that has some accreditation they will more then likely have enough money to have an instructor that will not scream at you. I have often thought of training or being an instructor but I'm not sure I could keep my cool with a bunch of know it alls, We will see, I wish you luck. (See my Signature)

I used to teach at an accredited school and students spent 3mo in a classroom and 2.5mo on pretrip and skills before they went near the street.

It sounds like this guy was either having a crap day or was on a power trip. Hopefully you can get to another school and not have to pay these guys.

Making sure I'm ergonomically okay is the first thing I do in any vehicle, truck, pickup or car. Every time I get in I check my seat, my rear view, my mirrors, windows (for clean) and adjust as necessary. I might fail someone who failed to make sure he could reach the clutch without pulling off the seat, had the 'right' view out his mirrors and clean windows.

Well, sometimes I'm not as good at clean windows as I should be...

    But YOU should!!

I think the guy has something against women in trucking, he made the other lady cry, she still wanted to drive with him though but he didn't leave her to manuver the rig on her own.

I know but my funding wont' pay to start first week again, so I don't know what will happen. I don't know how I could have drove with the guy again but if that knocks me out of trucking, it sucks!
