I am looking to get my CDL, I haven't alot of money. I do have a good driving record. I am female and would like to hear from female drivers.

Go to www.primeinc.com and check out their program. They will put you through CDL testing for free and only require 1 year commitment from date of hire (day after you get your CDL exam done). 600 a week guaranteed once you get your license and while in CDL testing phase (4 weeks) you get a 200 advance of which you will pay back at 25 a week no interest once you get hired on (after exam date). Best program out there as the 40,000 you do is all on one truck with one trainer. Good freight for both solo and team and I recommend you get hazmat and passport and twic card as these will get you top of list freight. I was a CDL instructor and driver trainer there for 2 years and was very happy with program.

You have a couple of good choices on the Wisconsin side. In NW part of the state you have CVTC at Eau Claire. It is a tech college. You also have a fleet bridge trainer here in Waupaca at Sabertooth. A bridge trainer has more connections with fleets and may be able to get you through a pre-hire process than the techs.

Fox Valley Tech in Appleton, WI is supposed to be good. A retired co-worker of mine was training part time at the school in Eau Claire. Not sure if he's still doing it today.
That may be your best option.
