Los Angeles CDL training

Hey!

I started trucking school with GSF in Los Angeles two years ago. I finished most of the training but haven't gone to the DMV. In the last two years I was a class B bus driver (earned my license through company training).

At this job, I met a graduate of GSF who actually has his Class A (again through company training, got his VTT card). Also, at this company there were quite a few bus drivers who originally possessed a Class A. Of course
I asked them why they don't drive trucks, the typical response is, "I don't want to go over the road and be gone, away from my family."

I, however, am single and have no kids and don't care about being away.

So, for those living in/around Los Angeles, can someone point me in the direction of a GOOD company that trains people to get their Class A. YES, I have read several threads already about tuition reimbursement for a "commitment" to
drive for a company.

I have an open schedule since I no longer drive busses. Why? Because I'd rather drive trucks. Plain and simple.
