Does anyone know of a school that offers advanced truck driver training such as Skid Pad, blow-out recovery, and the like? I've heard vaguely that there are some places that put special skid-simulating wheels on the trailer and they teach you how to control it.
Essentially, what I'm looking to find is a school or a facility (State or otherwise) that does this.
Anyone know of a school, company or facility?
I know there's one in Canada, but I can't go there...

So I guess the question back would be where do you live and where are you willing to go?
One that comes to mind is Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, WI -

Schnieder used to have a skid pad right at the bottom of Cajon. Between the 15 and the 215

Many of the companies are going with simulators instead of the skid pad. Don't get the wiggle in the butt as you do on an actual skid pad. Less costly and don't need the special truck set up for the pads. Fox Valley in Appleton, WI and Chippewa Valley, Eau Claire, WI still have the skid pads. Both offer a full CDL course.
