    Does anyone know if there are any driving simulators to practice skills for new drivers in the Kansas City area?

    There are none I have heard of. North Kansas Tech has one......they are about 5-6 hours away. Either way, you'd have to pay to go to school to use it. No one is going to let you on their $150,000 simulator to practice without paying to go to their school.
