    Hello,

I am looking to start a school here in about a month or so and I just met with Dale at Roadmaster.
They seem to be in tight with Werner trucking.

Anyone know if it's worth the commitment?

Or know of a better outfit?

If you had a good experience with a company - could you let me know?

    thx guys

Excellent school. No regrets. Go and dont look back. You dont have to sign on to werner. Mass apply to like 50 carriers and weed them out during school. Once you graduate you should have a pretty good idea of where you want to work.

Good advice. There's several companies that will hire you; don't let the school steer you and don't let other students push you because they don't know anything yet.

Here's a few to consider & start submitting applications the first day of CDL school or even 3 or 4 days before classes begin.

    Safer Transportation
    System Transport
    James H. Clark & Son
    Northern Refrigerated Transportation
    KKW Trucking
    Jim Palmer Trucking
    Pride Transport
    Freymiller
    Decker Truck Line
    TWT Refrigerated Service
    Halvor Lines
    Melton Truck Lines
    Navajo Express
    Reddaway - LTL
    Trimac Transportation
    JBS Carriers
    Kelle's Transport Service
    NFI Industries
    J&R Schugel
    YRC Freight (Drive4YRC.com)
    National Carriers
    Midwest-coast Transport

Submit as many applications as you want to.
Ignore "experience required" on any website and apply anyway.
Pass this list around to your classmates if you want.

I went to a school in Santa Ana, called California truck driving academy, give them a call, ask for Byron.
    Check their website
