| North Dakota CDL school - FREE Job Service and the WIA (Workers Investment Act) are putting on a six-week CDL training course in Dickinson ND starting the 25th of Feb. It's open to the first eight that sign up and are approved. If you're a dislocated worker, dislocated homemaker, etc..... this training is FREE. I believe one requirement is that you have a ND drivers license. You'll be getting your CDL permit during the first week of the course, the rest will be split up between classroom and actual driving and practicing. | Did you got to this school? I went to the South East Technical Institute Trucker School via the Skills & Technology Center in Fargo. The WIA via JOb Service ND of Grand Forks paid for the whole class and reimbursed my hotel costs. (about 1,200.00$) |

| No, I didn't. I was signed up for the same school but at the last minute I took a job with the DOT and got some on-the-job training and I just got my CDL Class A yesterday. What a feeling to get that over with!!!! |
