Check out Isothermal Community College. It is a Sage school. 5 weeks long. Don't know about tuition assistance.

Another vote for ICC. Talk to the administrator, Van, or his assistant Pam. They are very helpful and willing to spend time with you. I was there two years ago and the school was very good. Since it is a Sage school you will get one on one training with an instructor. You will never have to share the truck with another student so you get a full 40 hours of driving.
