Can anyone tell me what is the minumum hours that trucking companies will accept for a driving school refresher course?
I finally decided to bite the bullet and check on driver schools, even though I have prior experience and a current CDL/A.
One school I checked was like $6500.00 for three weeks or 160 hours I guess. Week one is classroom, week two is yard and week three is driving.
Another school is a refresher course for 8 or 16 hours, don't know the price.
I prefer the 16 hour course, if it is good enough to be accepted by trucking companies. I really don't want to spend a week learning log books and transmissions, another week hooking and unhooking trailers, and another week riding around for no pay.
    Thanks for your help,
