Good luck. My first week at school was the roughest so far, I still have one left. All the information you have to know is just overwhelming.

Well I am back from week 1. The school brought in a Dr and he did the DOT physical and the drug screen. Overall i had a enjoyable week the other students are fun the instructors are great and some are a blast to spend class time with. we did get some hands on with pre-trip inspection and got behind the wheel on the yard for a little brake check run through. also had a recruiter from roehl and a bit of time from the placement guy from the school.
so far so good. any ?s i'll try to answer.

week 2 down! had a great time this week. we went out to work on straight line backing, offset backing, and did some drop and hooking and drop n hook with a barrel in different places. weather was ok but there is a shed/shanty to hide in out of the wet and cold. the more i am there the more i enjoy it. a few more recruiters stopped by also. the instructers are very helpful in the yard.

week #3 is over! got on the road 3 days and got 2 prehires. road time seems well thought out as far as where you drive narrow roads, interstate, tight warehousing areas. had fun and learned alot this past week.
