I don't think you can. You replace the bulb, right? Twist and pull to remove? They're not like the old days where you could use your trusty phillips head and adjust.

OK, there's two white, plastic screws on this inside of the fender behind the light housing. These two, apparently, do the adjusting as i've just discovered.

Maybe your hood is sagging at the hinges or at the mounts when it closes... makes adjustment impossible.

I know that if your are running out, if you take the bottom two nuts off on the bottom of the headlight mounts. And remove the plastic insert which is about 1 inch in diameter and turn them around, this will point them in the opposite direction that they were. They work like a shim, you may have to turn one or both around to achieve the aim you desire. As for the two white adjusment screws the one on top adjusts the height, the one on the side adjusts left or right. As for which way to turn them that is what I'm trying to find out without going through "trial and error."

You open the hood and take off the assembly housing cover. Then there's one screw on top and one screw on the radiator side.

Top screw is vertical and the inside screw is horizontal.

Don't be like one duffess I worked with. I come in to work about 3am and he was adjusting his lights on his Columbia. He was raising his low beams up so he could see better.

I told him that's what his high beams were for, lol.

One day I had to drive his truck because mine was in the shop and he was out. Everybody kept high beaming me. I turned on the high beams and it lit up the tree tops, lol. Good for coon hunting.

Right turn will pull on the light, hence right turn up, and the side screw, right turn right on drivers side, and right turn left on passenger side.

It happens, don't worry about it too much. I was going to post something, too, but I figured it out before I typed anything, this time.
