you should be glad that u took it directly to them... i hope nobody on here has to deal with those jokers in lexington...really!
    as for the truck..
today i only ran 260 miles... she seemed to be doing ok... but i was climbing some hills going across ky/tn on 25e today, and im not sure if the hills were just really steep combined with my 79,400lb load.. but more then once i was only running at about 22mph up some of these hills...
im going to have to pay attention... the speed limit on 25 is 55max... so im wondering if i was just unable to get up enough speed to get going on the hills.. but it didnt seem right... now that im on the interstate and ill be able to have full speed:biggrin_25512:.. 66mph.. i should know better...
but... no check engine lights.. no regen lights.. last time i ran roughly 450 miles when it broke down... so with todays whopping 260 miles.. it will be tom. when i get to the 450 mile mark!!!
sooo...aside from the lack of power today.. it seems to be ok...

    Ducks Thanks this.

soo.. since my last post i was able to get in 1900 miles.. crap miles!, and the truck seems to be doing ok... i think... i at 1 time had the regen come on to indicate a regen was being done while i was driving, which is what its suppossed to do....
i noticed that my mpg has gone up from the high 4s to the low-mid 6s which is a good thing... i dont think i have ever seen the fuel miliege in the 6 range in the 4 months that i have had this truck.. so to me its a huge step...

Think how much money the company could have saved if they had beed monitoring the mileage and fixed it a long time ago. Corporate intelligence is an oxymoron.

Sound's like a sensor has gone bad. You shouldn't have to do a regen (after burn) as some of us call it that many time's in such a short period of time. Should only have to do it maybe once a week. I only had to about every two week's and that was with almost constant idling because of the hot temps. Gotta be careful with it to. I've had to drag out the fire extingisher and put out a small grass fire because of the POS on an entry ramp because there was no where else to park and the shoulder was narrow.

That regen #### is the worst thing they could have ever invented for a truck.

True. Problem is even if they did, it would be like Prime did with me about fuel milage. A 39Klbs load in AZ pulling a lot of hill's and the truck is telling me it's getting 13.5 MPG... Something is wrong there. Doing the math the old fashioned way brought the true figure to a little better than 4 mpg. The QC and computer data base isn't acurate. FM didn't buy it so I stopped, took a picture of the QC reading and dash reading which I was showing over 10 mpg and e-mailed it to my FM before I started rolling again and told him to check the picture's I had just sent.

He said something was definitly wrong and I would need to put the truck in the shop. I did. They changed the EGR and several sensor's and it still did the same thing. West coast showed the out rageous fuel milage and one the east coast I got the worst fuel milage between 3-4 mpg. It's not me, it's the #### truck and technoligy in it.

Yet they still wanted to blame me for it. Go figure. Of course guy's this was in a FL Century, not a Cascadia.

Had a similar problem with the regen and loss of power, turned out the shop cleaned the filter, replaced the filter, but nothing fixed for long. turned out to be the turbo was faulty and telling the epu it was needing a regen. have the shop bring up the codes and see for yourself what the truck is saying. Hope this helps.
