there are hidden fuse boxes under pass. kick panel and in battery box.

what would cause the truck to lose power to the headlamps and the cig lighter within minutes of starting the truck?

tootie!! I think that you have a warning light on your dash. just switch ON And the small stick on the right side, push it down and look for diognostic. When your their press the ESC and a window will pop up of codes. There you can see if its a short, open,or high circuit.and (show to what light is not working) In the last window it will tell you if you want to clear it. Put 0000(universal). Then you can repeat for new events just switch off , you can clear out codes for the motor, transmission, cab ,abs.i hope that can help you!!

are you kidding? Main fuse box (really it is PDM) is the center of dash, covered with top flat cover (held with 2 torx bolts). Other fuse panel is under the pass. kick panel, but ggenerally used on cabovers and there are 2-3 fused (engine, tranny, tachgraph) in battery box on right frame rail.

OK I have been driving a 2001 Volvo end dump. And the tail lights and marker lights on the box quit working the other day. Have blinks and brakes. Have been posting on several search engines and no luck. I found the fuse box under cb panel but there is no fuse for tail lights!!! Ive read where there is two fuse boxes...Ive put hours into fixing it today...My question is where is the tail light fuse or power/ground located???
I looked everywhere for the model number. I have the vin and engine is VE D12485.....Shoot me some answers.....OUT
