Volvo 780 electric window issue

Ever get anywhere with those fuses? Our 780 passenger side window is dead and we are guessing we aughta try and check the fuses first but we have no diagram... Any input is appreciated

 

Isn't there a diagram on the under side of the cover?

 

No, unfortunately there is not. Cant find one online either. We called into volvo but i thought y'all might point us in the right direction. The truck is a 2008 vnl, we are waiting to hear back from the dealer still. I would think this is an easy fix, funny how it just seized. Im figurin if it were the motor we might have seen some symptoms of failure before it just stopped working like that. Any idea where i can see the fuse diagram-decriptions?

 

Did you figure out this problem? I also have a 2008 Volvo 780 with a similar issue. Occasionally both windows will not work; they will either not go down or once down will not go up. When this happens, I noticed there is no power to the radio (stereo). I can wait a few minutes and everything will work. I call Volvo who said that the windows and radio were not on the same relay, but suggested a wire coming from the door into the cab may be shorting out. Does anyone have any ideas? I am afraid to use the windows for fear of them not coming back up at all.

 

Did you ever find the solution to this problem? I’m having the same issue with my truck.
