should be a non responsive 5-6 IVA, Intake Valve Actuator. could be a wiring harness, solenoids, or the whole IVA itself for #5&6.

 

could be solenoids again, they had a bad run for a long time on parts, or could be the actuator itself. without poppin the valvecover and takin a look its hard to tell. when was the last time you had the overhead run? I have seen where running the overhead found the iva had worked loose and backed off, causing a code, not very often but have seen it fix that code.

 

if it comes on and stays on, its either a wiring harness or actuator itself, with cat et you can run a test to see if the solenoids are working and another test to check the actuator itself, but mostly only dealerships have the cat software with these tests.
