Yea, so does KW. No one is open today of course, being Sunday.
The jump start posts were disgusting. I removed them too, but need to find new ones of those now....

No luck at NAPA. I will hit the dealer in the AM, nothing I can do about it until then. LAME as LAME can be.

Have you had any luck fixing the starting issue? I have been having the same issue. My dealer's tech was sure it was the starter; we replaced it at his shop and...NOPE, still having the same issue. I replaced the key switch to no avail, and was outraged at KW's price on the 'remote solenoid' in the bat box so I'll be looking for a suitable replacement for that. Ran a test light on all the switch contacts and all ground out fine.
Does anyone know if there is a fuse or breaker in line between the key switch and solenoid (that I don't know about)?

It has a 70 amp ignition relay in the fuse box.

I found the issue; a bad wire. That only leads me to another question. There are two wires that come off of the start post on the switch; one is tan, the other tan w/grn. The tan wire goes to the solenoid. Where does the other one go? It gets lost in the harness and doesn't seem to come out anywhere???

Don't have one in the fuse box, but I have two 135 amp breakers in the bat box. Those are good, just got done testing them. Batteries feed to one which supplies power to the solenoid and the other breaker which feeds the cab.

Hey what up need some help I have 88 kenworth w900b with a open circuit somewhere can’t find it. I put a test light on the negative terminal test light comes on. Pulled all the fuses one by one light still on. Disconnected the power cable to the back fuse box light still on smh. Also with negative terminal disconnected on battery and test light/ power probe on negative battery post “only”. When I touch any part of the truck 12 volt reading that also with power cable to fuse box disconnected. Only time it goes off is when the main power cable from battery to the circuit breaker which also powers fuse box is disconnected. I’ve Changed the breaker same problem. What could it be someone help me plz thx
