A local feed & commodity hauler here drives a very nice, fully restored 1950-something KW. Bright red and just the right amount of chrome. Looks really good.

Another local drives a Peterbilt 359 and I believe its a 1963. Black primer for color and a red frame, No smoke stacks, no clearance lamps, no horns, not even an external air cleaner. "Less is more"

I know up until a couple years ago there was a guy running around South Jersey in a dark green 50 something B model, think he said it had a Big cam in it, beautiful truck, just enough chrome. Dang it, now I'm drooling! B models, old KW's, AND a Marmon! I always wanted to find one with a 12-71 in it, I know, I know, IT AIN'T PRAcTIcAL, but it's HOT! A 12-71 with straights and a Jake, got lumber?:biggrin_255:

A buddy of mine has a '72 KW "A" model he's owned since new, still works OTR everyday. He went the first 20 years with no a/c, YIKES!

I just saw a SWEET KW 108 today on the way back to the barn. I even saw an aerodyne 108, like on BJ and the Bear a couple weeks ago. It's nice to see people keeping the older ones working and looking sharp.
