If anyone cares, the W9 is at KW getting the top lights installed and the holes epoxy and sanded smooth. I have a small list of things as well I am having the dealer do. Naturally once I get it back I will post a photo...

just a quick word of advice jd---dont run your winter front in half decent weather--i cant remember the the reccomended temp--but its a bit below freezing i think---doesnt allow enough air over the air to air cooler

Yea I know...supposed to be 40 or below.
Was 42 today and I am doing short runs (home, dealer, yard, home etc)
so I am keeping an eye on it...the typical run this week? 5miles.....everything is all within 5miles of each other...

Thanks though. I appreciate it :biggrin_25525:

"supposed to be 40 or below."

Very seldom do I ever run mine on my ol pete. It has to get in the 20's or below before I run it. 40 is not cold to me and my CAT dealer

on the shaker i put it on when it is #### cold--and you have to be quick as well cause they shrink so much in the cold---hmmm i kinda do the same ---but regardless i dont find that the skimpy little ones do squat in the cold--one place i was we used the quilted thick ones with 4 flaps you could open or close---but then again we also ran belly tarps right to the rear of the transmission---got to love those canadian prarie winters

Was the belly tarp to keep the heat in around the engine/trans or just for snow build up?

If you had a CAT you wouldn't need that weather front. neener neener

    lol

Had to be below 0 before I put cardboard in front of the radiator on any of my CATs.
Even then I usually only blocked 50%.

I've seen southern boys up here in WY running them when the temp is north of 50, even north of 60 once.

I'm not sure who is the coldest....... the driver or the truck.
