    so we have mercedes benz 2008 actros mp2 3355 6x4 rated for 90tons(200 000lbs) with 16tons rear axles(each) ~70000LBS both
truck was dellivered from factory as tractor

so owner made project for body and subframe

subframe is custom made, 5th wheel is always on truck

tipper has 10mm(2/5") side boards of hardox 550 and floor of 12mm(1/2")

truck have twin clutch 16speed semi-auto( telligent ) gearbox with double overdrive big 16t hub reduction axle 38t bogie weight 84000 lbs
    16L v8 with 550hp straight front axle......

...........truck usually pull 3axle Scheuerle24m long (79 foot) Telescopic... with 3axle all hydraulic turning-12t lowloader trailer and 41t weight excavator +6t pneumatic hummer.... usually gross weight is 70ton ~155000lbs

truck sometimes pull 2axle tipper semtrailer ,and
of course sometimes work with that body.......

truck runs on very rough terrain with a lot hills there is almost no flat ground there .......also there is no ground just big rocks and and therefore is tipper body weight 3ton (6600lbs) just chassis without body is 10.5T=23150lbs

what kind of rear suspention you have? if air (ECAS) do not FORGET TO REPROGRAM PSM, GM AND HM for tipper operation! ECAS must dump all air from air bags before tipper operation begins! else - may be roll over crash with twisted frame!

it have parabolic suspension 5 Springs /side rated at 38tons and very unusually it have disc brake all-round

edit: is there any function on ecas that it can stabilize tipper truck with air suspension on uneven ground? and how fast it can react in the case when one axle or one side collapse on soft ground(the truck is tilted) whether to act preventively to overturn.....like HPVS on Hydraulic suspensnion?

edit: btw Mercedes is the only manufacturer that dont offer 26t bogie on air bags man even have it on all wheel drive

well! so no safety issues and danger lurks. how did you install PTO unit? do you have Star Diagnose to program Griund Modul, FR and PSM?

Mercedes MP2 is different truck. No ECAS unit! ECAS system is built in GM (base unit), HM (rear unit) and FM (front unit in case of full air susoention). So there are many parameters (look at vehicle parameters and parameters of body manufacter in GM) that used to dump air fully from all air bags when you actuate PTO. Also body builders add mechanical air dump valves as redundace to avoid lifting in case of electronic fault. for other trucks with ECAS I recomend you visit wabco-auto.com to read more about ecas

yeah! they ECAS dumps air as fast as it does when you lower frame with remote controll. When truck is laden frame goes down like a stone in water. but.... anyway add mechanical dump valves. for example if air pressure in suspention system tank is lower 4 bar ecas valve wont working! so additional valves are your insurence!

on old trucks I used ABS valves as air dump valves. I used to parallel them with PTO solenoid.
